4 day car rental was just over $100. Great car and a great price. The shuttle took a little longer than expected but still very satisfied. This price was half of enterprise car rental. I went through expedia for the reservation and that was seamless. I have used this place 2 times now for both business and personal and will use them again as long as their prices stay significantly lower than enterprise.
After reading so many negative reviews about this place, I was really hesitant to rent from them, but they were just so much cheaper than everyone else that I just decided to risk it. I'm so glad I gave them a chance as things turned out great! Starting at the airport, I got not 1, but 2 phone calls to make sure I knew where to catch the shuttle to the rental facility. Once there, certainly they gave me the "buy our insurance" and "do you want to upgrade" push, everyone does that, but I found the assistant very helpful. In the end, I got a fully-loaded SUV (a Dodge Journey) for a phenomenal price, all while receiving great customer service.
The overall experience was really great. The people there are super polite, kind and courteous. The vehicles are all very nice and well-maintained. Prices are excellent. The only criticism is that the shuttles are a little hard to find as they are not located with the other rental car shuttles....they are found by the hotel and parking shuttles...so there is much more shuttle traffic.
Was a great experience. Staff in middle of the night was so helpful and made sure i was taken care of when i had an issue with my reservation. Car was nice. Easy to deal with and super friendly and professional. I will be a returning, we get a favored customer discount!
Priceless was great! We flew into Detroit late at night. The rental company I had prepaid and reserved over the internet was not even open upon our arrival. Priceless (also called Executive Car rental) picked us up (in a private car) from the closed rental car company (by this time close to midnight on a very cold night), gave us unheard of great rates and even gave to us an up-grade for our weekend, a new SUV. When we returned the vehicle, very early on on Sunday morning, the drop off was fast with a warm van waiting for us to take us a short distance back to the airport. Peter, the manager was very proactive in our care and Jasmine smoothly dealt with all of the forms in a professional and very friendly way. I will certainly seek to use Priceless on future trips. Thank you again for your kindness and great service. And thank you for all the water to keep us hydrated :)
