Me and a friend were craving checkers, we came here, ordered our food, lady was really rude, told us to hold on before we even got a chance to say our order. We had a simple order, 2 half pound chicken bites, and 2 fry lover burgers. There was no one else in drive thru, total was $7.20, which I thought was weird, should of been closer to $11 (again, simple order, doesn't take rocket science to figure out the price) when I saw they gave us one box of OLD chicken bites, I tell my friend to go back to drive thru. We go through, "sorry our system is currently down" BS, I work in fast food, when system is down, it goes to cash only. As they were getting busy, they turned all their customers away at about 7 PM. Ridiculus service, like usual. No wonder Michigan is known for its sterotypes. Checkers managers should check the times of who worked that day at this location, and RETRAIN their employees.

The whole experience was bad, manager re dropped my fries once I asked for them to be hot chicken sandwich was packed with mayo and wasn't hot and my pie was cold she told me to pull over and wait 10 minutes for a hot pie and to top it off the manager had on a manager White Castle Jacket. I will be calling cooperate later this morning I only spent almost 6 dollars but my money was totally wasted where is the 0 star button cause they don't even deserve 1 Star focusing on cleaning versus servicing the customer hot quality food!
The service at the place is horrible. The ignorance of the cashier and rudeness is like no other. If the owner is reading this while standing waiting the 15 mins just to give my order I saw at least $25 of your money just walk away because not only were we not being acknowledged when we inquired about the wait we were greeted with nothing short of nastiness. I'm sure you want ever dollar that comes your way. Well trust me if you keep the workers you have you will continue to keep losing money.
Why advertise slushies if you don't actually have them? Also how do you charge the same amount as a small when asking for a value drink? Because their not an ethical business!
Always a good and bad decision at the same time. The food tastes great but it always makes me sick after.
