Not to mention, it's across the street from the DUMP so it smells like rotting fish and garbage all the time. Moving there will be the worst mistake you can make! BEWARE!
These are great mobile homes, but you have to watch your property. They'll steal you blind in moments even in broad daylight.
If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous pricing, management is a liar and thief, drive bys, drug dealer lives 2 doors from management and they know it. Thieves and convicted sex affenders allowed to assult and B&E without being evicted because they are black. Disgusting and looking at a class action lawsuit from the majority of the residents.
Management is okay, they don't respond to homeowners complaints most of the time, maybe if you rent. They go up on the lot rent every year for past 5 years and want first dibs on your house should you decide to sell, but want to offer an insulting low offer! It is maintained well and there is security patrolling at night.
Pond is a plus. Very quiet.
Just moved in. I love it. The community. My kid's love it here.. I am very happy.
