What your expect from a Fairfield: clean comfortable rooms and free breakfast in the morning. Good location as well, close to good food (Merriman Street Grill) and the airport.
The hotel itself was very nice. But the customer service was not. We had two rooms and we needed extra towels, we called Dawn at the front desk and she was incredibly rude and told us "1. I'm the only one here I'm not leaving the desk. 2. We are out of towels in the whole hotel". How do you run out of towels? And why was she so rude? She didn't apologize or anything. Very sassy.
Good hotel, clean, and good service, the experience was not 5 starts only because of noisy guests that didn't slow me to sleep
Decided to pay more then minimum for our park and fly this year. I was pleased with the upgrade, clean room with easy access to the parking facility. Did not stay for breakfast so I cannot review.
Has the latest Fairfield design scheme and updated tv/entertainment. Fairly quiet give proximity to the airport and breakfast starts early during the week at 0530. Would definitely stay again.
