Horrible service, dirty place has bedbugs and needles left over from drug addicts. A major human trafficking location and also a place where pimps and their "employees" hang out. Most of the blankets are torn up. There is black mold in over half of the rooms. Management is awful they don't care about their customers at all! You will leave horrified and wanting a refund (which they don't give)
I stayed at rodeway inn at the beginning of the month and it was a very nice stay. They offer so much for such a cheap price.
Our housekeeper Susan Miller is the best! She is always making sure our room is clean and fully stocked. She goes above and beyond to do what she can to satisfy the consumers.
House keeping was ok. The only thing that could be better is checkout time . I think it would be better if it was at noon.

If it was possible to give it a half a star or no star at all, that was my first choice. Stayed here from Friday, 8/11 til Sunday 8/13. !st Red flag was the sign I noticed upon check-in, stating "No refund, after 15 minutes". I asked the check in guy, what that was about and he said, "you know people like to have fun." I took it to mean that people would rent the room for "tricking" and it was a deterrent for the "workers" and their "clients". The room was permeated with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I lit candles, incense, turned on the air, ran a personal fan and cracked the door to attempt to air out the room. No such luck. Sunday morning prior to check out I complained to the desk boy, that I was itching intensely. I asked had they had any issues with bedbugs. He paused, and said "yes, but not in your row. There was an issue with bedbugs in the back buildings." By the time I checked out I was itching intensely on my arms, leg, hands, neck. The only critter I saw was a small beetle of some type in the bathroom. However, I did have the pleasure of two ER hospital visits. When I returned on Monday to show the employee, whom I originally complained of the itching to, all my bite marks that had since swelled like mosquito bites in clusters, he had the audacity to say, I could have been bitten by bugs when I left their establishment. No such thing as room service. I had to track him down and request clean towels, which I got at 2:30 pm. They don't give you any soap, toothbrush, wifi didn't work, the continental breakfast was some stale donuts and a few pastries. No coffee, No juice. The assistant manager refused to return my money for the 2 days that I was a meal for their pets despite showing her my arms with the bites, and other bites that I had. She also refused to provide me with contact info for the General Manager. I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere and spend a few extra dollars to avoid the additional cost of being inconvenienced.
Great place to stay. My wife and I stayed there for a couple of days we where in room 203 it was clean and safe.
My wife and I both said at the same time if we could give Susan ten stars we would.
Customer service was amazing Susan made us feel wanted and she was great.
