It's a parking lot. Shuttle service to the airport is quick. Pickup is usually pretty quick too. Sometimes two shuttles are waiting. Never had an issue. I do travel during normal hours, so I can't comment about odd times.
What an amazing experience! We were picked up immediately when we parked, and got a ride back immediately from the airport right back at our vehicle. Not to mention the teller was super nice. ^_^
Made a reaservation ahead of time for 8 days. Paid. Arrived 12/14, followed bus as instructed. Driver put blinker on. Parked car. Driver then drove down ails(5 or more cars away to the main driveway. Shouted to him “are we suppose to walk TO HIM. Yes. Huge deep puddles and snow from storm. Didn’t want to wear boots. Brought shoes to change into but no way could I do that. He finally came out as got bags. Asked why do far? Because of weather. NEVER had this happen before. Driver always picked up each person BEHIND their car. May have to find a new place. Disappointed in Airlines Parking driver Lee!!!!!
Great great service going to the airport. Driver beyond courteous, and helpful. Patient even though I had to go back twice to my car. Coming back..at the airport I had to wait a few minutes. Driver still wonderful. Took me straight to my car. Would use again definitely.
Loved using AP. The lot was easy to access with plenty of signs. The shuttle took me to my parking area and gave me my car's location written down. I was immediately taken to my terminal. So fast and convienient. The shuttle driver on my way back was so patient in helping me find my car in its section at night. The best part was the AAA discount. Will use again. Much easier than self-parking at the airport.
