Had been parking here for years and had always been satisfied until the last attempt to park here. They wanted to valet park my car and to leave my keys with them. No way!!! Don't all lots warn us to lock our vehicles and that belongings inside are not their responsibility??!! And now this lot wants my keys in case they want to move my car? Not a chance! I went down the road instead. At least I felt more secure. Now that I've informed family and friends they also won't be parking here anymore either.
Great experience! When we got there a shuttle followed us to a parking spot helped load our bags and we were off. When our flight landed waited for a few minutes before calling for shuttle. After i called one was there within 5 minutes could not have been happier. Will definitely use in future!
Only place I will park when I fly out of DTW. Drivers are all friendly and helpful..
Very reasonable price lot. Great location from airport and drivers always get you to and from airport within 10 minutes
Great place to park! They pick you up from their lot almost instantly and I've never had to wait for the shuttle from the airport for more than 10 minutes. Downside - they keep raising their rates, now it's not much cheaper than regular airport parking.
