Pricing is competitive and reasonable, when compared to other local airport parking. Service was friendly, reliable, quick, and professional. The location is very convenient and located on a main street. Drop off and pick up location at the airport is easy and effective.
It's huge! Sometimes you may have to wait a bit longer than others. Usually a quick pick up and go as the name suggest', ever since they began advertising as a sponsor for Little Caesars Arena.
Great service. Close to airport. Very reasonable rates. I never waited more than 3 minutes for a shuttle . Nice secure lot. The drivers are very friendly. They provide 24 hour shuttle service
Fast and convenient. Shuttles follow you to your car when you park and take you quickly to the airport. Hand them your ticket when you get back and they bring you to your car.
Great service... The driver for my return to the parking lot (NOOR) He helped me. My car was full of snow .. and he Brush it off which he didn’t have to but was certainly nice of him.... He was very friendly ... good job Noor
Most of the staff have been great, however on our last trip our driver was pretty reluctant to grab our bags (and didn't), yet still expected a tip. She offered, but the kind of offer that says "I really would rather just sit here".
