$11/day of parking. Shuttles run 24/7. Ultimately the place is sort of bare-bones but I suspect that's what keeps their prices a little lower. No awnings or much of anything to keep your car in check, I couldn't even find a single security camera, but the place is fenced in. Could probably do much better or worse for the price.
You'd drive in, tell them the airline you're flying with, and they'll direct you to a section to park in. From there, you'll get out and they'll have directed a shuttle bus driver to pick you up, wait time will usually be about 20 seconds. The bus driver will take down your parking spot and hand you a slip to keep track of it. You'll then go to the airport and do your business.
BEWARE EARLY MORNING TRUCK TRAFFIC! Coming from I-94 at 5-6AM, you may find yourself crawling/sitting through multiple lights as tandem trailer trucks spill out in front of you one after the other. Plan an extra 5-10 minutes to get past Wick Rd. That being said, the experience was excellent otherwise - the shuttle was at our car and waiting before we even had our luggage out, and we were at the airport in 10 minutes. Return trip, walked out of the terminal, and there was a shuttle waiting - was back to our car in 15 minutes and the shuttle drivers wait to make sure your car starts (very much appreciated in the cold!) I drive a large vehicle and the spots were nice and wide.
Easy to reach, right on a main road next to airport. Quick pickup so you get to the airport quickly. Always find a return vehicle within 5 minutes of reaching pickup area. They have a good system of letting you know where you parked your car. Most drivers are very helpful.
Staff is generally ok, however it's ultimately just a parking lot with buses and a toll gate, not too much to love here. They also don't plow the parking spaces, so if it snows You'll kinda have to guess where to park.
